Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Conditions
    We accept return requests under the following conditions:
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified).
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • If there is a quality issue or damage during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.
  1. Non-returnable Situations
    The following items cannot be returned:
  • Items that have been used or damaged (unless due to a quality issue).
  • Sale items, customized, or personalized items (unless there is a quality issue).
  1. Return Process
  • Request Return: Please contact our customer service team via email at support@renibuy.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
  • Confirm Return: We will reply within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
  • Return Address: After confirmation, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Send the Item Back: Please return the item within 15 days of receiving our return confirmation, and provide a tracking number for the shipment.
  1. Return Shipping Fee
  • If the return is due to a quality issue or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), and the order has not been canceled, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  1. Restocking Fee
    We do not charge any restocking fees.

  2. Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your return is approved. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact our customer service team at support@renibuy.com.

  3. Order Cancellation
    We accept order cancellation requests under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact our customer service team via email or phone (support@renibuy.com) with your cancellation request and order number.
  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can follow the return process once you receive the item.
